Freeman F-Bond Infiltrants
F-Bond Infiltrants are single component, ethoxyethyl-based cyanoacrylate adhesives that are ideally suited for providing strength, durability, and enhanced surface quality to models from 3-D printers.

Some 3-D printers generate models from starch based or plaster-based materials that are solidified with a binder. These porous and somewhat fragile parts can be strengthened, and the surface can be made harder by flowing F-Bond Infiltrants over the model surface and allowing it to cure.

F-Bond Infiltrant 5005 is specifically designed for use with starch based models and parts and offers a low viscosity of 5 cps and a set time of 5-20 seconds.

F-Bond Infiltrant 5008 is specifically designed for use with the plaster materials and offers a 80 cps viscosity and a set time of 15-40 seconds.

The improved part may then be sanded and painted for use as an engineering model or as a master model for the creation of durable urethane reproductions.

Both materials are low in odor (when compared to generic cyanoacrylates) and offer low exotherm to minimize risk of part deformation due to heat.

THIS MATERIAL WILL BE DISCONTINUED WHEN CURRENT INVENTORY IS DEPLETED
