Jesco Plastics Dispenser
|
Designed and manufactured for the shop whose epoxy fabrication is large enough to use bulk quantities of resins. The resin and hardener are held in 5 gallon containers (resin can also be dispensed from 55 gallon drum) and are measured and dispensed by proportioning gear pumps actuated by a hand crank. Waste is kept to a minimum and more important, mixing errors due to inaccurate weighing are eliminated. Changes in proportions are made easily by changing gears.
Standard Equipment includes: Plastics Dispenser complete with all hoses, fittings and two five gallon containers. Specify “Mix Ratio” (by volume) of the epoxy to be used so that the Dispenser will be supplied with proper resin to hardener ratio. Also available with motorized air-operated dispenser.
