Milled Cotton and Glass Fibers
|
Milled Cotton Fibers
Milled Cotton Fibers (Cotton Flock) are used as a filler to thicken epoxy resins or to promote adhesion between laminate layers.
Milled Glass Fibers
Milled Glass (Glass Flock) is mixed with laminating resin to produce a thixotropic paste used for cementing honeycomb egg crating or fiberglass tubing. Also used for fillets when laminating to reduce egg shelling of sharp corners.
Ren® RP 32 Glass Fibers
Continuous fiberglass filaments hammer-milled into specific lengths. Used as reinforcing fillers in thermosetting compounds to improve physical properties and to add to resins to create splining and reinforcing pastes.
Ren® RP 35 Ren Floc
RP 35, derived from selected woods, is extremely white and contains only 0.1 to 0.2 percent ash. When dry, it’s at least 99.5%
ellulose. Used to form paste materials with laminating resins.
