Richlite “1000” Fibre Laminate Sheets are ideal for producing production patterns, foundry core boxes, draw dies, stretch dies, spinner dies, keller tracing dies, molds, models, prototypes, pattern plates, and templates.
Richlite “1000” features:
* Machinable using carbide tools. Richlite “1000” can be sawed, milled, drilled, reamed, chamfered, glued, sanded, routed, buffed and polished, as well as painted with industrial type coatings.
* Dimensionally Stable under various tooling and environmental conditions.
* Strong and Durable which contributes to its ability to resist warpage and maintain uniform thickness and flatness throughout.
* Excellent Abrasion Resistance which makes it an ideal material for applications requiring long term wear under abrasive and stressful conditions.
* Moisture and Chemical Resistant – low moisture absorption and resists staining and corrosion from organic solvents.
* Able To Be Glued To Desired Thickness.
