Starrett Steel Shrink Rules - 24"

These Starrett Shrink Rules, used for laying out wood and metal patterns and core boxes for casting metals, are made of tempered spring steel for strength and accuracy. Their satin chrome finish and distinct graduations provide very good readability. Available in either 12" or 24" lengths, these rules give shrink allowances directly from 1/16" to 3/8" per foot. The decimal rules are graduated in 50ths (.02) both edges one side and 10ths. (.10) both edges opposite side. The fractional rules are graduated in 8ths, 16ths, 32nds and 64ths both sides.
