Striptube
|
Striptube is a resilient seal that:
* Requires minimal force to seal.
* Can be used when core box size is close to core machine capacity.
* Is not affected by gasoline, naphtha, stoddard solvent, or kerosene.
It is recommended to scarf-cut each end and never join Striptube ends at a corner. It may be necessary to install additional vents; softness of the blown core will indicate the need for additional vents.
This material is sold by the package. A standard package consists of 10 feet of Striptube.
