Ventistamp Zanatta Core Vents

Ventistamp Zanatta Corevents are very high-quality investment cast corevents designed for maximum durability and performance. These vents were developed to be used in high-production applications where standard screen or perforated vents would traditionally be used. Features and benefits for Ventistamp Zanatta Corevents include:

One piece construction - No screens or foils to break
Manufactured from Brass Alloy (SAE-430-B) - Higher wear-resistance than steel
Manufactured with tapered slots (20°) - Less likely to clog with sand and binders
Extremely flat head surface - Less imperfections in the core
Outside diameter is .005" oversized in the middle of the vent - Provides tight installation to prevent movement
Outside diameter at the top of the vent is .003" undersized - Prevents deformation of the slots

Sold in bags of 100 vents.
